Thank you for your interest. You will enjoy a luxurious shower after a long day discovering the best of Denver and the Rocky Mountains! And after you get settled come out back to enjoy our 180° (shared with owner) backyard deck views of the unforgettable Colorado sunsets. And if you like your kitchen is fully stocked to cook your own meals. We love having guests and your private basement level apartment has all of the amenities for a relaxing trip. The comfort starts with plush wall to wall carpeting in most rooms. For your sleeping pleasure our two bedrooms have king and queen beds that accommodate up to 4 guests. In addition, two small guests can use our sleeper sofa. And we have a crib for families. In the bath, we provide hair dryer, plush towels and for the shower a luxurious rain head. The bath also includes an LG washer and dryer. In the kitchenette, we have provided a two burner electric stove, toaster, microwave, K Cup & regular coffee maker and two mini fridges. In the living room, you have an 46" HDTV, cable, WiFi Hi-Speed Internet and USB Jacks in some outlets for charging and all the best Streaming Channels. You have full access to wake up in the morning and enjoy your morning coffee OR an evening beverage on the back yard deck facing the Rocky Mountains (Closed in the Winter) In the morning go for a run around our community.

Guest Access

Entrance ------------ Guests = Front door, into Welcome front room, then to basement stairs. Owners = Garage to back of house and our upstairs (we do not see you unless we are both in front of the house at the same time). Guests = Welcome to come to back yard thru gate and use deck, take pics, enjoy sunset, etc. You have your own kitchenette, laundry room, living room and backyard deck thru the side gate. There is also plenty of safe street parking for your vehicle(s).

Very comfy, very clean, very complete (had everything we needed). Checked off the three “C’s”. Enjoyed ourselves- tried two restaurants recommended for breakfast, both delicious. Temperature controller in every room, which was a great benefit for us. Basement a lot quieter than expected, never heard anything above us, but gone most of the day. Coffee and bottle waters provided. Good Airbnb choice for this area (nice neighborhood). Thanks for hosting us!

Michael’s place was exactly as shown on the pictures. It was a total of 4 adults and 1 infant. They had everything we needed for our stay. Michael was communicative throughout our stay. Location was just perfect. 20 minutes outside Denver’s downtown and about 25 minutes outside of Boulder. I will definitely be staying here in the future on our next travels.

Located 30 minutes North of Denver, 30 minutes East of Boulder, and 20 minutes via e-470 (toll road) from the airport. Our home is perfectly located between Boulder and Denver and is a 1/2 mile from the e-470 (toll road) metro beltway which can easily put you on the road to connect to the Denver International Airport, Boulder or Golden. All attractions including Downtown Denver, Fort Collins, Golden, Boulder, and the Mountains are available via i-25 (free road) which is 1 mile from our home.
